Decals shall be provided free of charge by MSTS.Īll drivers participating in an MSTS sanctioned event, who are wanting to be eligible for point fund monies, must purchase a license from MSTS at a cost of $100 per year. Drivers must be a national member (competing in 70% of tour events) in good standing of MSTS and be present at MSTS annual awards banquet in order to qualify for point fund money.
